Who is eligible for ICT Academy training programs?

Required documents typically include: updated resume/CV, endorsement letter from your agency, relevant certifications, government ID, and signed commitment forms. Specific requirements vary by training program.

Yes, all ICT Academy training programs are provided free of charge to qualified government personnel. This includes training materials, certificates, and in some cases, meals and accommodation for residential programs.

Once registered, you can log into your dashboard to view real-time application updates. You'll also receive email notifications for status changes, document requirements, and training schedules.

Digital certificates are issued within 5-7 working days after successful training completion. They can be downloaded directly from your portal dashboard and are digitally signed for authenticity verification.

We offer three delivery modes: Online (virtual classroom), On-site (regional training centers), and Hybrid (combination of online and face-to-face sessions). Mode availability depends on the specific program and current health protocols.
